At SNAPT Camera, we stand behind the quality of our retro digital cameras and accessories. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your SNAPT Camera. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, cables, 32GB SD card, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is provided.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your camera arrives faulty, defective, or suffers a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us as soon as possible at snaptcamerasupport@gmail.com with a description and photos/video of the issue, and our team will provide a prepaid return label and prompt resolution.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at snaptcamerasupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address within 1–2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
